Sazerac House Renovation A Finalist for ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2020 Project of the Year

Every year, Engineering News Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana’s Best Projects contest honors one project as the overall Project of the Year. To find this winner, independent industry judges put forth nominees from the Best Projects winners they have already selected. These nominees are then presented to the entire judging panel, who vote for what they believe is the very best project in this year’s competition.

The historic renovation of the Sazerac House was named one of three finalists for Project of the Year. Moses Engineers provided full MEP design services, exterior lighting design for the building, a steam cooking/distilling system, and more. Winners will be announced October 23.
