Scope of Work:
Our team was entrusted with the comprehensive development of Construction Documents and the provision of Construction Administration services for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) segment of the FMS #12 Field Maintenance Shop project in Slidell, Louisiana. This project was executed at Camp Villere, and the primary focus was on creating a state-of-the-art maintenance facility catering to the unique needs of military operations. Total cost for this project was $12M.
Key Features:
- Facility Design: The maintenance facility was meticulously designed to accommodate four (4) full bays dedicated to the maintenance of military vehicles.
- Supporting Amenities: In addition to the vehicle maintenance bays, the facility includes locker room facilities to meet the needs of military personnel and classrooms for training purposes.
- Sustainability Achievement: Notably, the FMS #12 Field Maintenance Shop project achieved a SPiRiT Gold rating, showcasing our commitment to incorporating sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into our designs.
