425 Notre Dame

425 Notre Dame is a new construction six-story mid-rise building completed in 2015. Moses Engineers provided all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, including fire protection sprinklers, and designed emergency power to keep life safety, critical and security elements energized during a power outage. 425 Notre Dame has 48 high-end condominium units ranging from 1500 to 3500 sq. ft. each. In addition to a base configuration for the residential units Moses Engineers worked with the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors to customize the build-out of each condominium to suit individual owners’ requirement.

Included within the complex is in-building parking, entry door security, trash chute, dog runs, communal entertaining room, conference center, a swimming pool and concierge services. Each unit has gas cooking and energy star appliances.
