Lenny Zimmermann, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Principal

Mr. Zimmermann has more than 40 years experience in the design and construction of mechanical and electrical systems. His previous work includes a broad range of projects domestically and internationally, including: government, hospitality, historic preservation, high-rise urban mixed-use, high-technology corporate facilities, sports stadiums, medical centers, and academia projects.

He has worked on some of the largest and most challenging projects, establishing engineering concepts, selecting systems, and ensuring quality as the projects move through the design and productions phases.

A degreed and registered engineer, Mr. Zimmermann has been licensed in 25 states across the country and Puerto Rico. He is a member of multiple associations in the industry and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2003.

He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Chapter of the ACE Mentor Program for the mentoring of high school students in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering related career fields.
