This $4.5 million two level classroom building was completed in 2011. Located on the North Campus, this new facility has four large classrooms, computer laboratories, and a lecture hall. On the second level are offices for the Business Administration professors and support staff.

Moses Engineers provided all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection and special systems installed for this facility. Due to the tight construction schedule and unavailability of central utilities on the North Campus, we designed the building’s HVAC system for stand alone use. We designed classroom lighting in accordance with the new codes promulgated by the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals. Due to the fact Moses Engineers provided all MEP services, we played a key role in preparing the changes to utilize current lighting technologies and using day lighting techniques in certain areas.
