Parkview Elementary School

This $23 million facility is designed to accommodate 450 students from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade. It has 20 core classrooms, a computer lab, science lab, media center, gymnasium, cafeteria, music hall, choir room and visual arts rooms. The construction is certified LEED Silver by the United States Green Building Council.

Moses Engineers provided all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services. We included innovative design features such as classroom daylighting, high efficiency magnetic bearing chillers, low flow plumbing fixtures, interior lined ducts, VAV air distribution.

The design was completed on time and below budgeted construction costs. Construction was completed in time for the 2012-2013 school year.
