John Minor Wisdom Court of Appeals is one of the three top historic properties in the entire GSA Region 7 territory. All work must meet stringent historic restoration standards. Moses Engineers provided IDIQ services for GSA’s Region 7 from 1995 through 2007, completing the following projects:
