Francios Bend Senior Living Facility
Moses Engineers was entrusted with the comprehensive design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for Francios Bend Senior Living Faciliy in Gonzales, LA. The project encompassed a wide range of areas within the facility, including the lobby, residential and patient rooms, dining and activity spaces, and the outdoor perimeter.
Design Elements:
- HVAC System: The project included the design of a state-of-the-art HVAC system to ensure optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort for the residents and staff.
- Kitchen and Hot Water System: A significant part of the project was the design of the kitchen and hot water system. The aim was to create an efficient, safe, and hygienic environment for food preparation and to ensure a consistent supply of hot water throughout the facility.
- Lighting Design: The project also involved the design of courtyard and exterior building perimeter lighting. The goal was to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facility while ensuring safety and security.
- Plumbing System: A comprehensive plumbing system was designed and implemented throughout the center to ensure efficient water supply and waste disposal.
- Fire Protection System: The safety of the residents and staff was a top priority. A fire protection system was designed to detect and control fires, ensuring the safety of all occupants.
- Communication System: A modern communication system was designed to facilitate effective communication among staff and residents.
